Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Arka account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
